Cleaning whizz shares hack to clean dusty skirting boards in seconds, but trolls say it’s too much work

CLEANING your skirting boards is a tricky business, not only is it back breaking but it can get repetitive.

The key is to find something that really picks up all the dust that finds its way into every crevice.

But one cleaning fan has shared her hack to cleaning her skirting board which she says makes the job so much easier.

Some people think she is a genius, others have been left completely bewildered.

Nicole Thomas shared her hack in a TikTok video online.

The cleaning fan says she uses glass cleaner to clean her skirting boards.

But not just any glass cleaner, Nicole uses spray glass cleaner.

Nicole sprays the glass cleaner all along her skirting board rim.

When she’s done she simply wipes away the cleaner and with all the dust.

She said: “Love this spray for baseboards…”

Nicole seems to be a glass cleaner fanatic as she uses it to clean appliances, carpets and even her bathtub.

Nicole's video went viral with over 2.8 million views.

But some people could not understand the logic behind her hack arguing many other products would have the same effect.

One user said: “I don’t understand what’s going on?”

Another claimed: “Wet rag works good too and not wasting products.”

A third viewer argued: “Pretty sure water would do the same thing.”

But many users said they were fans of the hack with some saying they used the spray glass cleaner on other areas in their home.
